Best of 2021: My Top 12 Vinyl Albums of the Year
These records get my vote for a coveted spot in my top 12 albums of 2021 end of the year list. Note that these are in pseudo correct order. You’ll have to check out my Best Albums of 2021 post to see how they ultimately rank.

My Turntable + Other Essentials
My turntable is a U-Turn Audio Orbit Custom on walnut with a clear platter and an upgraded needed. It has a built in pre-amp as I’m a minimalist, and the speakers are housed discreetly in a cabinet below the turntable.
Additionally, a few essentials in my setup include my IKEA Kallax 5×5 shelf in white, which occasionally makes a cameo in photos that include on posts of late.
Also, my 2020 MacBook Air in Rose Gold is where I do all my writing, design work, and video editing.
Finally, when I hit the trails (paved on my bike or the dirt ones in the woods by foot), I’m typically sporting the AirPods Pro my wife got me for Christmas last year.
These things all make up my day-to-day essentials when it comes both to my personal like and my pseudo professional side gig one.
